By purchasing any service from Decklic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the “Client”) and Decklic (Perf Advisory). This agreement defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties. Completing a purchase confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Collaboration & Communication

1.1 Service Delivery – Decklic is committed to delivering high-quality document design : PowerPoint slides, reports, proposals, whitepapers, and infographics, promptly and professionally. To ensure a smooth workflow, Clients should provide complete content and timely feedback. Once a deliverable has been approved, additional changes may be billed separately.

1.2 Communication Channels – We handle communications primarily through email. Phone calls or video meetings can be arranged if required and agreed in advance.

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

2.1 Confidentiality Assurance – We understand that you may share sensitive or proprietary information with us. Decklic promises to:

• Use your documents and data exclusively for your project.

• Limit access to your information to staff or subcontractors bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

• Never sell, disclose, or misuse your information for any other purpose.

• Destroy all confidential information after approval or 15 days after sending, without approval.

2.2 Security Practices – We use secure storage, encrypted transfers, password-protected systems, secured messaging to protect all files and communications.

2.3 Data Retention – Project files are securely stored for 15 days after delivery. After this period, confidential information may be permanently deleted unless another arrangement is made.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Client Ownership – Once full payment has been received, you gain complete ownership of all intellectual property rights to your final document. You are free to use, modify, or distribute it however you choose.

3.2 Template Reuse – Decklic reserves the right to reuse general, non-confidential design elements (like layout frameworks or graphical styles) as part of future templates. Sensitive or identifying content from your project will never be reused or shared.

3.3 Portfolio Rights – Unless you specifically request otherwise in writing, Decklic may display anonymized or blurred previews of your project in its portfolio or marketing materials.

4. Services & Revisions

4.1 Deliverables – Standard outputs include PPTX, PDF, DOCX, AI, PSD or other agreed formats, typically delivered within 48h or more, depending on size and complexity.
4.2 Revisions – Your package includes unlimited revision rounds.
4.3 Client Delays – If content or feedback is delayed, delivery timelines may be adjusted without compensation.

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Pricing – Services begin at $190 for 15 slides/pages, plus $19 for each additional slide or page.
5.2 Payment Terms – All fees must be paid upfront. By placing an order, you authorize Perf Advisory to process payment via Stripe.
5.3 Refund Policy – If you’re unsatisfied and we’re unable to resolve the issue after revisions, you can request a full refund within 1 month of receiving your completed project.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, project files) strictly for delivering the purchased services. Decklic will never sell or share your data with unrelated third parties, except when legally required or necessary to complete your project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decklic cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE,  and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sharjah.

9. Updates to These Terms

Decklic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on decklic.com, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
